This was the second camera I found in my grandfather’s many many file boxes. Not as pristine as the X-700, this one saw some use. Originally, the leather wrap was peeling on all edges. I fixed as much as I could without going ham on it. I try to alternate mostly between this and the X-700, however I haven’t used it as much lately because it’s been draining its battery. I have to take the batteries out when it’s not in use, otherwise they will be dead by the next day. I hope I can fix that in a way besides keeping lots of extras on me, because I think this is the prettiest in the fleet. Its a perfect middle between the mechanical SR-T and the more “modern” X-700.
